Using OkArty
These terms describe use of the OkArty website and its current tools. Contact dev@okarty.com with questions. Updated September 12, 2026. Use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable law and the rules of any marketplace where you publish.
Your Content & Ownership Rights
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of any designs, raster images, and text you process through OkArty. Processing a file does not transfer ownership to OkArty. You remain responsible for ensuring you own or hold appropriate commercial licenses for the artwork you process.
Permission to Process
When you submit content, you permit the in-browser and API processing needed to provide the requested tool result. When utilizing the AI SEO generator, a reduced preview and design title are transmitted to the configured AI provider to draft titles and tags.
Review Before Publishing
All image exports, 300 DPI buffers, mockups, and generated listing copy are tools to assist your workflow. You must independently verify final print dimensions, placement, copyright clearance, and marketplace compliance before listing products for sale.
Availability & Payment Status
Browser image tools remain available without payment. Paid AI allowance plans may be offered through PayPal checkout where available. Account access is updated after server-side subscription verification, and renewal, suspension, cancellation, or payment-failure events can change paid access. Keep independent local backups of your artwork on your device.
